At Spice Collections, perishable products are not eligible for returns. Exchange on damaged or incorrect items is available within seven calendar days from the day of delivery.
Exchange for an incorrect item: Only unopened items are eligible for return. A return shipping label will be available upon request at spicecollections@mail.com, or by phone at (612)787-7423
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. However, please note that we do not accept returns because we cannot verify whether or not products have been tampered with. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If for any reason your product is damaged during shipping, please take a photograph of the package and damaged item (s) and email it to us at Spicecollections@mail.com or open.line@outlook.com. Please contact us immediately and we will respond within 1-2 business days.
